The Finca
Finca Don Pancho, a small plot of land also referred to as El Mirador due to its strategic position near the village of Pachapa in the Las Capucas Valley, Honduras, shelters a modest coffee plantation under the canopy of plane and banana trees. This micro plot is overseen directly by the farm's foreman, also known as capataz, Francisco Villeda, affectionately called Panchito, in whose honor it is named. Here, amidst the tranquil shade of nature, each coffee bean reflects the dedication to quality and tradition upheld by Panchito and his team, resulting in a truly exceptional brew.
