The Finca
This distinguished Arabica coffee derives its name from the eponymous Finca, beautifully situated at the confluence of the river and the Rio Aruco. Acquired in 2017 by Umami Area Honduras, an alliance of over 30 European and Honduran partners, this plantation represents the inaugural venture in a committed enterprise aimed at producing premium Arabica coffee. The estate nurtures a diverse array of coffee varieties, each flourishing under medium to high shade, a cultivation technique that not only benefits the plants but also enhances the coffee’s aromatic complexity.
