The AMICI blend combines the best Arabica coffees: nine ingredients selected from South and Central America, Asia and Africa. The cocoa notes and full-bodiedness of South American coffees, the elegant acidity and ripe fruit and caramelised sugar of Central American beans, the jasmine and freshness of African Arabicas, and finally the spicy and dried fruit notes of Asian coffees.

The amalgamation of the blend ingredients gives the coffee a smooth and complex taste, with a distinct sweetness and a pleasant, fragrant acidity that complements the bitterness of the roast. The structure of the coffee is given by a silky, velvety body, which invites you to discover the coffee sip after sip, and ensures that the coffee aroma lingers long after the last sip. The aftertaste is first roasted hazelnuts, then evolves into sultanas and candied orange peel, for an experience that lasts long after the coffee is finished.

Shelf life when sealed: 18 months

It takes around 30 seconds for a perfect espresso to pass through the beans and into the cup. The cup volume will be around 25-30ml.
